Culture shock | Japan & Korea differences 日/韓 在住外国人のカルチャーショック
Martina has lived in Korea for 7+ years, and I've been back and forth in Japan for 5+ years, and we've noticed a bunch of cultural differences when traveling ...
well in my defense you make it sound like there are NO bathtubs in anyone's
homes... but in nicer apartments they all have bathtubs.. including my
family's
Martina is totaly wrong about korean bathrooms. 1. Most of Korean houses or
apartment have at least one buthtube inside of the bathrooms. 2. Koreans
don't use public bathroom so frequently. I guess less than 5 percents of
Koreans go public bathroom twice or three time a week. 3. Most of Korean
bathroom don't have any problem to drain water.
Its very wierd that Martina knows nothing better than short term travelers
even though she alreay has lived in SK for 7 years. She doesn't have to
know everything about SK but she should be more careful when she talks
about something she doesn't know well not to provide wrong information to
someone who never been to SK.
In addition, I have watched some other video of Martina and her husban and I found that they tend to keep provide wrong information by generallizing their limited experiences. I just wish them to focus on something they actually know about.
Of course, every countries in the world have different styles bathroom. And I already know what is typical Japanese bathroom. I am just correcting several things that Martina is obviously wrong about Korean bathroom.
+Youngwoo Jeon I've been to Korea several times and I know that Korean houses have a bathroom. And there are many apartments and houses without a bathroom in Japan. Anyway Japanese people like to take a long bath soaking in hot water to relax. I just thought both of the girls liked Japanese bath customs.
Thank you for the information but its out of the point. I didn't say Korean bathtubs are same to that of Japan. She said that most of Korean houses do not have a bathtub but its totally wrong. And she said is that most Koreans go to jjimjilbang twice or 3 times a week but I highly doubtful if she actually knows any Korean who goes jjimjilbang so frequently except someone who works there.41초 전•
