How to get and place a comment box to your website using Dreamweaver CS4 tutorial
this tutorial will help you to get a free comment box script to place it in your own website using dreamweaver cs4. here is the link to grab your comment box code: ...
I'm not happy with the formatting and the little "by HTML comment Box"
link. Also feel that it could be abused easily (spammers & imposters since
there are no usernames) I've been searching the web high and low for a
tutorial for building one in php/mysql from scratch. It looks like it's
going to be really complicated!
is there any way that you can make a code like this but for flash cs4? html
doens't work, i'm sure i need components like text area or something like
that but i'm not entirely sure.. can you help? i really want to make the
comment box for an all flash based website. get back as soon as possible
please!
Hi Claudio thanks for this tutorial. When I test my comment box and hit
comment it loads a page saying internet explorer cannot display the web
page but the comment is there when I hit back. So I was wondering does my
website have to be live to fix this error?
Thanks I will try this! Just two things. 1) Is there a way to get notified
when someone leaves a comment? 2) Is there a way to delete people's
comments easily without having to delete the whole code? Thanks
thanks for the help!!! just a tip though: speed uo your tut, its really
slow paced and hard to watch if youre impatient like me. but again, you
helped me out, i appreciate it!
i put the comment box in a div because i would like the comments to be in a
fixed window that will scroll up but for somereason it isn't working. the
comments are there but obviously the background isn't elongating so the
comments mess up the design of the page. what do you suggest?
that's great, thanks! but I have a question, when I place them to my
website I only see this link where you click if you want to leave a
comment, but I don't see the comments on the page, so that other visitors
could see them and if it's possible they'd start scrolled up?
I was playing around and was going to tell everyone i was learning php in php when i found this. Make of it what you will but i think this could be rather fun ;)
