I've been vegan for almost two weeks. I made the switch mainly to help the planet but also for my health. I'm overweight and want to loose weight but I'm going to be honest, I'm not motivated to exercise. I have a stationary bike at home but I'm so unmotivated to use it even though I feel so great with all the food I eat as a vegan. I've seen results, too. I'm less bloated and I'm loosing weight slowly but surely. do I need to work out regularly to stay healthy if I don't want to as long as I'm feeling good?
