It's funny, Wright can't keep up with what Sabu is doing. No fault of Wright, they're just two totally different styles and to really make it work, they would have needed much more time together. You can see Sabu wanting to try stuff but Wright won't/can't(?) go along.

well, WCW had not gone towards the hardcore style as of the time of this match, and Sabu's wrestling style was still a little too extreme for them at the time. which is why they had the ref DQ Sabu.

I agree. Sabu was great and I think Alex was/is under-rated. I think they probably could have done a great 10-15 match on PPV, had they been given the chance...

Don't you think that it says a lot about the WWE's talent development that all of the big matches at Mania need a attitude era talent to get over..bringing back Rock, Jericho, Undertaker. If you wanna count Kane, Show, Henry and Booker too thats about every match besides the B shows belt...None of the pg era created talent stand on their own. Only Punk and Sheamus can walk into a match with anyone and it be believable to win clean without cheating. WWE only makes stars now... few superstars.

Cena- It's like the rock vs hogan 'passing of the torch' or cena will turn heel 'austin vs rock wm17' HHH- have to feed his ego somehow.... Punk- He is currently 'the man' for the title picture and deserves to keep the title. Sheamus- Bryan has had title too long, Sheamus won the Rumble its about time a rumble winner won the title. Big Show- Rhodes has been dominating the fued, also he has held the belt for way too long. Orton- Again just to feed his ego.... Team Johnny- Look at the teams!

Kane v. Randy Orton: Wrong Rhodes v. Big Show: Correct (obvious) Bryan v. Sheamus: Correct, but got too fancy and fxcked up the prediction (AJ turning on Bryan) Jericho v. Punk: Wrong, but who knows how long Jericho will stick around? The Undertaker v. HHH: Correct. That was a GREAT match. I expected The Undertaker to win, his last few matches have made me wonder. I can't wait to see him return later in the year (with hair no doubt). The Rock v. Cena: Wrong.

I don't think I have ever seen anyone word it as well as you (and I quite frankly agree with everything you said). However, I kind of agree with Aaron on this one. If Cena doesn't win, it could be quite bad for business in the long run. Afterall, the WWE is a business more than anything. If Rocky planned on sticking around for several months or even a year, than it would be fine to let him win. I just don't see that happening though, unfortunately.

The Rock will not be back at Summerslam..maybe WM 29, but definitely not Summerslam. This match is a WM marketing tool. It's tougher to sell 80,000 tickets at Dolphins Stadium than it would be to sell 20,000 at Staples. Summerslam will sell out with or without the Rock, but how mouch money would WWE make for WM28 if Rock was not on the card? Tickets, maybe..PPVs..not even close. My prediction for WM28: BATISTA!!!

The Rock already said he gonna be at WM 29 next year,that in itself,might be a big clue to Cena winning this match.but to me the match im looking foreward to most,is Punk VS jericho.if they really click at WM .it could be the modern equivalent to Rickey Steamboat VS Randy SAvage from of course WM 3.lastly if WWE has TAKER lose ,im done as a WWE FAN,the streak is Takers Legacy.

Really? That's the story behind the Randy Orton vs Kane match? A HANDSHAKE??? Really, it would have just made more sense to build the story off that Orton was the one who RKO'd Kane in that match 9 years ago, resulting in him having to take his mask off in the first place, which began making him human. Sometimes I feel we the fans have to tell WWE how to do their job.

Sorry Aaron but I don't see the point of Chris Jericho winning nor do I see him winning. He's only going to be around for a short period so even giving him the belt for a month wouldn't make a lot of sense but seeing how the championships are just props more than anything today it wouldn't surprise me if they did. But I still say CM Punk will retain @ WrestleMania.

9/10. My only issue, is that none of the younger starts other then Cody Rhodes are getting a major push, (I'd have also liked MITB but the build for Teddy vs Johnny was good) We have 4 matches of headline quality, 2 matches of upper card quality, and a toilet break. If theres no 40 minute rock concert it will be the biggest in my life time at least.

No, Hulk Hogan didn't "pass the torch" to the Rock. the Rock already had the "torch". The Rock already had a legendary run before he faced Hulk Hogan in 2002. The win over Hulk Hogan is quite overrated. Hulk Hogan was old, slow and past his prime when the Rock beat him at 'Mania 18. So of course it made sense for the Rock to beat Hogan.

I was surprised that Johnny v. Teddy came on so late too. I expected that match to open the show. Everytime the next match was announced and it wasn't that one, I was shocked. I thought that maybe there was going to be some major finish to it, but nope...it was just another WM elimination tag-team match.

Almost every match is a buffer match......all you have is Sheamus vs Bryan Punk vs Jericho HHH vs Taker Cena vs Rock....oh and Kane vs Orton I guess even though the storyline sucks. Kane should of got upset over a shampoo commercial or something rather than a handshake.
