The video does not mention how a child who is born with muscular
torticollis can also be born with visual processing deficits; my son was. A
behavioral optometrist can treat visual processing deficits if structural
issues impeding the neck, such as scar tissue have been addressed and
resolved. Children who are born with muscular torticollis should have a
full visual perceptual exam around 3 years old.

I would add that a proper test for longsightedness would also be
appropriate. Head tilt is sometimes in order to get good binocular vision.
