оленька, у меня духовка очень капризная, и дабы она мне не испортила все, хотела точно узнать на какой уровень класть противень, если вы сказали что на второй, а сами при этом положили на 4-й (если я правильно увидала)? или в духовке уровни считаются снизу вверх, а не наоборот?

С низу в верх , у меня печёт со всех сторон равномерно, если у вас только с низу или с верху и без конвекции ставьте по середине духовки, пеките на 150 градусах если сильно жарит , лучше ниже температура и дольше будет печься , чтобы не сгорело , оно даже когда готовое очень мягкое , удачи с наступающим

Yes...Tim!  I don't think that you would have a problem using this dough to construct a gingerbread house.  Just be sure the dough is well chilled before rolling it out & I would suggest that the dough be 1/4-inch thick before cutting out the shapes for your gingerbread house. ENJOY!! -Deronda :)

I made the dough for my cookies last night. I wrapped the dough in plastic and left it in the fridge. But now I won't actually be baking the cookies until tuesday. Do I leave the dough in the plastic and then put it in a container to freeze?

Hi Jamie, To answer your question...leave the cookie dough in plastic wrap and place it in a ziplock bag or an airtight container, then refrigerate, until Tuesday of next week.  ENJOY!! -Deronda :)

I tried it and it was so wet. And so sticky. I need to put in more flour to make to into that kind of dough.

Hi Samantha...Be sure to chill well covered cookie dough in the refrigerator, for an hour or more, before rolling out on floured surface...this will solve the wet and sticky problem. ENJOY!! -Deronda :)
