The harder they (the media, the establishment, everyone really) try the more popular he becomes; the more controversial he is, the more he sets himself apart from the establishment, the elite and "politics as usual". I mean the fact that seemingly the entire world is scrambling to destroy him and yet he STILL comes out on top of most polls is only testament to his brilliance and savvy when it comes to manipulating the media, destroying his detractors, honing his brand, and leaving everyone else in the dust as he skips ahead merrily, brushing that dirt off his shoulder.
