Dude your iPhone was clearly on mute (so she legitimately couldn't hear you), and you're calling in at 3AM. Seriously, why are you hating on RBC? I've tried some of the other banks in Canada, and I think RBC's customer service is the best of the bunch, except for maybe TD Canada Trust.

ok your calling in at 3am its super busy.... this poor girls has been getting call after call after call without a moment between them and yur being a duche bag ... lol i would of hanged up on you too

Let's say you noticed your credit card was missing. I don't anyone that would be happy with being on hold for an hour then having 3 secs to respond before hanging up.
