105 Century Freeway at the 110 Harbor Freeway. Location: South Central L.A.
Opening date: Spring 1994. (105 Freeway) This is the highest interchange in
the world, five levels featuring seperate carpool flyovers, two lightrail
Metro stations and four Metro superstations for buses.

Legally, 65mph for lightweight cars. But almost everyone goes way faster
if/when the traffic cooperates -- 75mph is typical. The danger here is that
a bottleneck can develop very quickly. So one must remain on-guard to decel
from high speeds!

T2 is from 7-9am only. Buses, taxis, motorbikes, bicycles and cars with >=2
occupants only during those 2 hours. Believe it or not, when its outside of
7-9am (as it was when this video was taken) I could legally take my car and
park it in that lane for about 30% of its length (some parts are no
standing and some aren't). So cars have a problem with me doing 30-50kmh in
that lane, meanwhile there can be cars parked, stationary in it for hours...

That was very close without a doubt and no justification for it at all.
Sadly in WA that would have been considered acceptable :( BTW what do the
T2 road markings represent?
