+Amy Celeste Real talk here friend. I love animals, really i do, I even work with them on a daily basis and I've helped save some of their lives. That being said, those people have no obligation to stop that fight unless it's their dog, their friend's dog or something to that effect. Simply because you don't like what the snake is doing doesn't mean that it doesnt have the right to eat , which let's be honest, the winner of that fight will be eating the loser no matter which one it is. I get it, you like dogs and you don't like the thought of them dying in a fight like that but good lord please think about what the implications that people like yourself are putting out there when you make comments like this. I've seen too many times the whole "How can you let that animal kill that other animal?" comment and honestly that view is more harmful than helpful. If you're given the chance to say stop a lioness or a pack of hyenas from taking down a baby buffalo or elephant because you don't like that the big bad predators are killing the defenseless baby, you're likely exchanging the life of the baby animal for the well being of an entire pride or pack, which by the way probably also has babies, simply because you don't want the cute animal to die. I know this is long winded but in short, don't get mad at people for trying to stop something that's nature's way and also, just as a side note, probably impossible to stop without a gun. Seriously if you've never tried to handle a snake it is hard. Not hard because I can't do it hard because it is fucking hard. That's an animal made almost entirely out of muscle that can and probably will kill you if you get too close. Thank you for your time.
