coool. so basically its a simple op, but the rods.. did u have to get them special made, and especially to fit 4age piston pins? or are they a common item. i will be looking for rods that squirt oil, because of the lack of squirters in the 7afe block, and that will fit either 4age high comp smallport pistons(10.3:1) or 4agze pistons since turboing it would be kinda like a ca18det. i wanna start with na for now, and hoping the 10.3:1 4age pistons will give me the same or higher CR

this is what im planning on doing as well. what about the difference in the blocks, w the 7a not having oil squirters? did you use aftermarket rods? are you using smallport high comp pistons? did u use the porsche 944 belt? im guessing you had to fab the mounts for the block, and did you just use a normal ae86 header?

i jst put togather the block head i am runing 4age 20v blacktop ported head on 7afe block with blacktop pistons... along with that 375cc injc from 1jzgte fpr and 255 walbro MSD 6a with ing coil and act 6puck wanted to knw i havt put it in car yet can i rev it 8200 i mean stock BT ecu ????????

Holy crap... I'm building a 20V 7AGE with 272 deg cams and 9.0mm lift. I was beginning to think it wouldn't be very aggressive, but now I'm thinking it should be plenty :P

@faiziwest what internals interesed you?all internals from 4age, only conrods...its a specialy item for 7afe crank and 4age piston!...conrods made by Pauter Rods!

@ae92guy yes, 7a block bolt right into the old mounts! and about rods, Pauter have rods for 7a block and 4age header with 20mm pin only
