Did he give you these Wiz? I'm so fucking jealous! I could just get lost in that stack of old brochures. I had most of the one's you have shown off at one time or another. I couldn't afford most of the equipment back then, but a guy can dream can't he? Are you going to scan a few of these for public consumption? The Eclipse catalog from '98 looks epic. The mid 90's Kicker ad looks great too. I had that series of SoloBaric woofers (round with the ying yang design), they are still to this day my absolute favorite woofers. SPL and tonal accuracy in one package. No sub today even comes close. The old school mags are a trip too. I remember the day I decided to throw all of mine away... I still hate myself for it.

I'm sure these are highly valuable. Wait about 30 years and see how much you can get from them haha! Those manuals would sell for a lot on Ebay I'm sure.

@DanneVolvo dude look at the brands that they got, do you really see these guys doing something thats just blaring loud and away from tonal accuracy and finding a proper stage. If you ask me anyone can build a loud vehicle, but not anyone can build a proper SQ vehicle and it looks as though these guys hit the nail on the head with that one!

@openbreakwhat There were many many breakthroughs in technology and product releases that you're glossing over. Car audio went from cassettes to CDs to in-dash CD changers in that time, plus the first navigation system came out from Alpine in the early 80s. That's barely scratching the surface of what took place in that 20 year period.
